Against this backdrop, Carrie Huimin Li has been appointed Director and China Chief Representative of the African United Business Confederation (AUBC), strengthening the organization’s efforts to facilitate business engagement, knowledge exchange, and strategic cooperation between African enterprises and Chinese partners.

Through her work with financial institutions, technology companies, and international partners, she has gained practical experience in navigating different business environments, regulatory frameworks, and market requirements.

In Africa, Carrie Huimin Li has been involved in exploring and advancing fintech and digital infrastructure opportunities, including mobile payment solutions, financial technology partnerships, and digital transformation initiatives. Her work has focused on connecting technology providers, business partners, and local market needs to create practical pathways for international cooperation.

As China Chief Representative of AUBC, Li will serve as a bridge connecting African businesses with Chinese enterprises, technology partners, and innovation resources.
