Woman Can't Believe What She Finds Husband Doing With Her Clothes

The moment a man was caught red-handed trying on his wife's clothes has gone viral on TikTok, racking up over 41 million views. But it's not what you think—Alvin, 25, was interested in recreating Kendrick Lamar's double-denim outfit, which he wore when he took home a total of five Grammy Awards during the Sunday, February 2, ceremony. Rather than rushing to a clothing store, Alvin, who lives in Germany, tried on 30-year-old Jasmine's light blue flares instead. "I was like, 'What is he doing?!" the nurse told Newsweek. "It was so funny—I laughed so hard."

In the February 17 video shared to @jazminedenize, Jasmine appears to be secretly recording as she films Alvin trying on the jeans and then dancing like Lamar, 37. She told Newsweek: "I think the flares suited him," adding that she believes Lamar has started a new trend. However, a denim-on-denim outfit, often called a "Canadian tuxedo," is far from new. According to CR Fashion Book, the term originated in 1951 at a luxury hotel in Vancouver, Canada. American singer Bing Crosby, a frequent visitor to the city, was reportedly denied entry because he was wearing a denim outfit. This incident led Levi Strauss & Co. to create a denim tuxedo for him, popularizing the term. According to Vogue, this classic ensemble has been embraced by numerous celebrities, including Justin Timberlake, Bella Hadid and Hailey Bieber. Lamar's choice of clothing was seen as an extra dig at rival Drake, a Toronto native, with whom he has been feuding for years. While the outfit was inspired by Los Angeles-born Lamar, Jasmine believes her partner looks like Drake. Judging by the comments, TikTok users agree. Jasmine said: "The comments are funny as everyone is calling him 'Drake Lamar'—that's iconic." So far, the post has 5.2 million likes and over 25,000 comments. "Face: Drake. Pants: Kendrick," said one user, while another comment with over 83,000 likes reads: "Drake wearing flared jeans." Some users appreciated the bold fashion choice, calling it a fun nod to past trends. However, others were triggered by the jeans and his dancing. A different user wrote in response: "Y'all straight up perpetrating toxic masculinity in the comments—let this man enjoy the flares." A fourth comment, with over 57,000 likes, pointed out: "Y'all acting like men didn't wear these in the '70s." Someone else agreed: "These were the style in the '70s—don't get angry over fabric."
